P100 Preparation & Research Guide
- FORMULATION
What's in P100 and How It Works
P100 is a powdered synthetic urine formulated to match the chemical and physical properties measured in urinalysis.
The formula contains urea, creatinine, uric acid, balanced pH, and correct specific gravity the key markers used in urinalysis calibration and simulation. Unisex formula suitable for all users.
The powdered format means the formula is prepared fresh at use. No preservatives needed. Add water; it reconstitutes to specification, giving you fresh, consistent chemistry every time.
- WHY POWDERED
The Format Is the Advantage
Premixed synthetic urine requires other preservatives to stay stable. P100 doesn’t; it’s a powder. Shelf-stable for one year when sealed. Fresh chemistry at every use. No preservative residue.

Preparation Guide
1
Review Instructions
Read all included instructions fully before starting.
2
Pour Powder
Pour the P100 powder from the small vial into the 50ml vial.

Verify Before Use
Confirm the strip reads around 98 degrees. Keep the heating pad attached during use.
Tips:
- If temperature exceeds 99°F, remove heating pad and gently blow on vial until it returns to range.
- You can add up to 25ml additional water (75ml total) without adverse effects.
- Heating pads are single-use — do not open until ready.
